Some news...
Well, i have some news to tell you all... I got a tumblr account. It is basically a bunch of random crap but hell, check it out here. It is all the things i want to say on this blog but this blog is about gaming. I also started to go old school and got my very favorite 007 game, Night fire, so i may just review that soon. Thats some news...
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed...
Hello gamers! First review for this blog! Now i thought this game was extremely fun but had its flaws. Check out the review.
The story line is extremely confusing. It takes place before episode 4. You play most of the game as Darth Vader's secret apprentice. You and Vader meet on Kashyyk, Vader searching for a rouge jedi named Kento. Kento is the apprentice's father. You are trained by Darth Vader to become a great sith. Darth Vader, however, has other plans. Now you know that i never tell all of the story line because i do not want to ruin it for the gamers. This plot is good, but at the end of the game, a lot of things are left unanswered. But fortunately, the game play makes up for this slightly faulty storyline.
The graphics for the wii version i must say were mediocre. The X box 360 and PS3 versions, however, were beautifully detailed. The wii version the textures were plain and the faces had slight sharpness to them that added a sucky undesired affect. In fact some things didn't even have textures. I can't say to many things good about the graphics which brings me to the fact that the Wii system needs to support better graphics. But Metroid Prime 3's graphics were really good.
The game play is the high point of the game. It took a minute or so to get used to it, but the control's run smooth and the motion control was silky smooth. The camera view for the single player is in a great spot for satisfying kills. I found this to be the best part of the game and because of it i think the game is really fun and the replay value is great.
Some of the features in this game that i like is that the endings aren't always the same. It is a slight RPG that you can choose whether to be good or bad. I love it because of the fact that every other star wars game has never let you play a sith through the whole game. Other features include a customizable character. I like this but they could add more options to customize.
There is one more thing i have not talked about, the multi player. I thought that this was not that good. The maps were extremely small and the camera placement made me lose my guy sometimes. This is sometimes fun with friends, but the single player is where this game shines.
Well, this game was really fun and although it has its flaws, i think it is definetley
worth owning. I give it 3.5 out of 5 possible.
